We’ve seen our fair share of fun “fund” raisers, but this makes our mouths water! Imagine going on a journey of discovery, where the treasure you will uncover is some of the most delicious burgers ever made. Plan your route accordingly and get ready for a tasty adventure! Canada Beef and Alberta Beef have teamed up with 18 restaurants in Alberta to take burger lovers across the province on the ultimate burger adventure. Burger It Forward, a tour de force, if you will, will be offering some of the juiciest, most sought-after scrumptious burgers this side of the Rockies.   

You’ll find a few toppings on your journey; roasted mushrooms, local gouda, onion rings, hashbrowns, halloumi, grilled apple, red pepper chutney, and a smoked sesame soy aioli (the last served on a charcoal pretzel bun – YUM!).  

There’s truly something for everyone on the long list of patty purveyors. The classic Alberta Beef Burger by Notable and the decadent Smoke and Oak Burger by The Nash. How about the sublime Ultimate Beef Burger by iyycburg and the unusual Trash Burger from Roy’s Korean Kitchen. 

To begin your adventure, head to Burger It Forward and plot your course. Take great comfort knowing that as you bite into that delicious hand-held delight, you’re helping your local food bank. Alberta Beef Producers are helping to ‘beef up’ regional food banks by donating to the Calgary Food Bank.
