satellite LOCATION
What Is A Satellite Location?
The Calgary Food Bank’s mission is to make food accessible to everyone in our city, and satellite locations play a key role in making that possible. Satellite locations are alternative distribution spots for our Emergency Food Hampers, and offer clients a chance to pick up their hampers closer to home.
How We Work Together
The Calgary Food Bank handles all client screening, booking, and delivery of hampers to the satellite location.
The Satellite is responsible for the distributing the hampers to clients on a consistent time and day of the week.
